Resumen: Humor negro y expresionismo son las opciones estéticas a las que acude Laila Ripoll en la puesta en escena de El triángulo azul, obra en la que se traslada la memoria de los más de 7000 republicanos españoles deportados al campo nazi de Mauthausen. Rigurosamente documentada, la obra adopta la forma de una revista musical, inspirada en hechos reales, en la que el tratamiento grotesco es al tiempo estrategia creativa y amparo receptivo, pues los contrastes entre realismo y parodia burlesca permiten decir lo indecible del horror, así como soportar su visión, por muy estetizada que ésta pueda ser. Los espectadores se hallan así en una singular encrucijada entre inmersión y extrañamiento.

EL TRIANGULO AZUL, DE MARIANO LLORENTE AND LAILA RIPOLL : THE BLUE CRY OF MEMORY

Abstract: Black humour and expressionism are aesthetic options to which Laila Ripoll comes in the staging of El triángulo azul, a work that pay tribute of the more than 7000 Spanish Republicans deported to Mauthausen nazi camp. Rigorously documented, the work takes the form of a musical revue, inspired by real events, in which the grotesque treatment is at the same time creative strategy and responsive protection: because the contrast between realism and burlesque parody allows to say the unspeakable horror and support his vision. Spectators are in a singular crossroad between immersion and estrangement.
